Circadian Stress Management Course

I offer a Circadian Stress Management (CSM) Course divided into eight dedicated subsections to give you the ultimate primer on basic Circadian biology and how to apply it to every aspect of your lifestyle. It consists of an Introduction to CSM and an ideal morning routine outline, followed by individual presentations on Light, Hydration, Grounding, Sleep, Exercise, Diet, Drugs & Alcohol, and Emotion. This option will give you access to all of the information contained in each presentation, as well as a time allotment of 4 hours of one-on-one video call time with me to explain everything in-depth and answer any and all questions you may have. I will also help you tailor a daily routine to your needs, as everyone’s personal and professional lifestyles look different and require individualized feedback and application techniques. It also comes with one month of coaching from me at no extra charge.

Monthly Circadian Coaching

After the CSM Course, you can choose to continue working with me on a monthly subscription basis. We will continue to meet twice a month via one-on-one video call to ensure you’re making progress and to refine the application techniques we’re using to get your rhythm dialed in. You will also have 24/7 access to my personal phone to ask any questions you may have via text or call.
